Diagnosis: Focal Segmental Glomeruloesclerosis (idiopathic - recurrence)
Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) is a leading cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults and one of the most commonest glomerular disease. About 40%–50% progress to end-stage renal disease after diagnosis. Recurrence of FSGS occurs in about 30% of patients after the first kidney transplant. Recurrent FSGS was found to be the cause of graft loss in 7-20% of kidney transplant recipients (Bharati J, et al.
