Diagnosis: Postinfectious Glomerulonephritis

Very beautiful the humps, evidenced with the trichrome stain.

The patient had impetigo 3 weeks before onset of symptoms. Two months after the biopsy, she is well, no alteration of renal function and urinalysis normal.
