Diagnosis: Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorden: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with plasma cell differentiation, related to Epstein-Barr virus
Infiltrating lymphocytes could suggest rejection, however the mass evidenced on ultrasound and the atypical appearance of some lymphocytes led us to ask the opinion of a hematopathologist, who with the help of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization did diagnosis.
