Clinical information
A 36-year-old man with end-stage chronic kidney disease of unknown cause is transplanted from a cadaveric donor. In the immediate post-transplant period there was good diuresis, with a progressive decrease in creatinine until the 4th day: 1.7 mg/dL, then it remained stationary and on the 7th day it rose to 2.9 mg/dL, therefore, a kidney biopsy was performed. The patient is asymptomatic and continues to have good diuresis. Normal hemoleukogram, platelets 234,000/mm2.
